Matala
I first went to Angola in 2006 for the Gove Hydro and Dam Rehabilitation Project. Other members of the hydro group had already been working on the Matala Dam Rehabilitation review and proposal. I became involved in late 2007 to update the previous proposal, negotiate with the client and then get the contract effective, which finally happened in May 2011.
